Juice recipe for weight loss

Ingredient list:

370 g apples (2 medium size)

80 g (2 stems) of celery

300 g (1 whole) cucumber

180 g (5 leaves) of kale

50g (1/2 fruit) lemon

270g (2 whole) oranges

40g (1 handful) of parsley

Preparation: Mince the parsley and kale and cut the apple, cucumber, celery, lemon and orange into larger, larger pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and smooth. Stir and pour into a glass, then enjoy.
